Youth & Family Coordinator Youth and Family Coordinator is responsible to give leadership, direction, and supervision to staff as well as volunteers and school age youth and teens. The Coordinator will coordinate programs and special events within the YMCA; assist with the creation of programs for youth and family in various departments which include: Child Watch, Family Nights, and all other Youth and Family Programs. Director of Donor Relations The Wood River Community YMCA seeks a Director of Donor Relations to build, lead, manage and drive all aspects of development efforts. Key fundraising objectives include donor research cultivation and solicitation, planning and implementation of annual giving campaign, development of the Y’s planned giving program and oversight of grant writing and special events. The Director of Donor Relations should have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and a minimum five years experience in nonprofit fundraising. Must have strong organizational skills, experience with fundraising software, excellent writing and verbal communication skills and strong professional leadership and management skills. Candidate must have experience in individual and corporate solicitation, donor recognition, planned giving, grant/proposal writing and experience working with financial reports.
