Are you interested in becoming a Y volunteer? Great! We just need you to complete some easy steps and we will have you volunteering in no time.

1. Fill out a volunteer application: You can either download and fill out a volunteer application and then mail it or bring it into the YMCA facility in Ketchum OR you can fill out an application online by clicking this link to our VOLUNTEER APPLICATION.
2. Attend a YMCA volunteer orientation: Orientations are scheduled every other month. Please contact Nancy at 727-9622 ext. 104.
3. Receive volunteer assignment(s) and volunteer t-shirt
4. Become oriented to the facility AND to your specific job(s) according to department (please note: this may include a brief orientation by the director of the department in which your service will occur)
5. Depending on volunteer schedule and work, we may require you to become CPR and First Aid Certified at the YMCA CPR/First Aid certification class
6. Continue to be on-call as a volunteer and receive regular contact about volunteer opportunities at the YMCA facility and around the community
